Shipping Information
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, related overhead and other items.
Most purchases, except those requiring delivery by freight carrier are shipped from our Distribution Center by UPS, FedEx or USPS to arrive in your home within seven business days of order receipt. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or mail. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Items delivered to U.S. Territories are shipped via Parcel Post. We use Parcel Post to ship to a PO Box, APO or PO address. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the 48 contiguous states. Please call our Customer Service department at 1-800-893-3006 with questions.

Order Processing Times
We ship orders during standard business hours, Monday - Friday. All transit times are calculated in business days (Sat-Sun and Holidays do not apply). Orders received prior to 12:00 PST are usually processed the same business day. We do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible. Sometimes it might take 2-3 business days to ship your order. While placing an order please consider the processing time. Your order will be shipped using the standard ground method. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed the next business day.
LTL orders will be shipped out within 5 business days via common truck carrier.

Order Cancellations
We cannot guarantee that order cancellations made via email will be caught and cancelled. Telephoning us will insure the cancellation of your order and prevent unwanted charges and shipments.
Customers will be charged an additional $11 SHIPPING FEE for any refused or undelivered shipment due to customer's incorrect addressed entered on the order form which must reshipped. Any shipment that needs to be re-shipped will be charge at the same shipping charges that apply to the original order.

UPS SurePost Transit Times
All packages under 7lbs will be shipped via UPS SurePost. Usually delivered in 2-7 business days from the day your order is shipped from our warehouse. This service is delivered by UPS and the United States Post Office. We do not guarantee transit times for this service.

Ground Transit Times
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. You should receive your order within 2-7 business days from the day your order is shipped from our warehouse.
We do not guarantee transit times for Standard Ground service.

Expedited Shipping Times
We offer Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day shipping for most items. Expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations or items delivered by freight carrier.  

Next Day Delivery - Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the warehouse (specified on each product page), plus 1 business day in transit for delivery.
2 Day Delivery - Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the warehouse (specified on each product page), plus 2 business days in transit for delivery.
3 Day Delivery - Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the warehouse (specified on each product page), plus 3 business days in transit for delivery.

Delivery And Processing Surcharges ($*)
Because furniture and other large items are bulky, heavy and may have limited availability, these items have a delivery and processing surcharge. This charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the item price and is in addition to the standard shipping and processing charges listed above.

Back Orders
In some cases, we may need to postpone shipping if a product is not immediately available. We will ship backordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
